Ardi became addicted to food and packed on the pounds. He became dangerously overweight.<\/p>\n<p>Ardi visited a nutritionist to get his weight in check and learn to eat a balanced diet. Today, he is looking and feeling much better.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kenyanmuziki.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/wp-1477027757888.jpg?w=720\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He became obese at the age of 5 years and had to be given further therapy.With years of help, Ardi became healthy and his addiction to cigarettes was gone.
